Did I hear the news correctly? A Federal excise tax of .71 cents on cigarettes effective April 1st? It will “give President Obama money for his insurance program for children” according to the report. What moron, ignorant, idiot(s) came up with and passed this one?
Cigarette smoking is an addiction. Shouldn’t we be treating it as such? Okay we increase the tax to give us funds for insurance for children. Well HELLO don’t you fools realize more money will be spent on purchasing cigarettes and that will mean less money for food, clothing and shelter for our kids. I cannot believe the stupidity we are seeing coming out of Washington.
Looks like dictator Obama will do what the hell he wants.
