If we are to believe the promotional garbage being fed us presently we must know that the entire future of television rests on the shoulders of Jay Leno. To me, this guy is not funny in any way shape or form. I doubt he has a funny bone in his body. He is however, the poster child for promotion. His entire career has been built by promotion. I do not begrudge his success. I applaud his accomplishments through hard work which he has done for a long time. I do not for a moment believe he is the future of television.

I do find the promotional material amusing. Experts are called in to tell us if he fails it will be bad and if he succeeds it will be good. Duh, you think?
